TNews, PURWAKARTA<\/strong> – Aula BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta mendadak menjadi pusat perhatian pada Rabu, 8 Oktober 2025. Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta, Nina Herlina, hadir untuk membuka acara Seleksi PNS Berprestasi di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta Tahun 2025. Sebuah ajang yang menjanjikan lahirnya PNS-PNS unggul yang siap membawa perubahan positif bagi daerah.<\/p>\n

Ajang seleksi yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Purwakarta ini bertujuan untuk mencetak Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang unggul dan berprestasi. Tahun ini, seleksi dibagi menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu Inovatif, Inspiratif, dan The Future Leader.<\/p>\n

Indikator penilaian dalam seleksi ini meliputi berbagai aspek penting, seperti capaian kinerja, kompetensi diri, integritas dan etika kerja, kepemimpinan, inovasi program kerja, kemampuan memberikan inspirasi, serta kemampuan berkolaborasi.<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, Nina Herlina menyampaikan motivasi kepada seluruh peserta untuk mengikuti rangkaian seleksi dengan sebaik mungkin. “Diharapkan, ajang ini dapat memacu semangat para PNS untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja dan memberikan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat Purwakarta,” kata Nina.<\/p>\n

Seleksi PNS Berprestasi ini diikuti oleh sejumlah PNS dari berbagai Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kabupaten Purwakarta yang telah berhasil melewati tahap seleksi administrasi. “Tahap selanjutnya adalah sesi wawancara yang akan dilakukan oleh unsur akademisi serta tim penilai yang terdiri dari Kepala BKPSDM dan Inspektur Inspektorat Pemkab Purwakarta,” ujar Nina Herlina.<\/p>\n

Dengan diselenggarakannya ajang penghargaan ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta berharap dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja PNS.
