TNews, BEKASI \u2014<\/strong> Menteri Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (PKP), Maruarar Sirait, bersama Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi), Meutya Hafid, secara simbolis menyerahkan kunci rumah subsidi kepada 100 wartawan dan pekerja media di Perumahan Grand Harmoni, Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi, Selasa (6\/5\/2025).<\/p>\n

Penyerahan rumah ini merupakan bagian dari program Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) yang dialokasikan khusus untuk pekerja media. Selain di lokasi, penyerahan juga dilakukan serentak kepada wartawan di lima provinsi lain, yakni Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Selatan, DI Yogyakarta, Sulawesi Selatan, dan Sulawesi Utara.<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, Menteri Maruarar menegaskan bahwa program ini bukan bentuk sogokan atau upaya membungkam pers, melainkan wujud kehadiran negara bagi seluruh warga negara, termasuk wartawan.<\/p>\n

“Ini bukan sogokan buat wartawan, bukan membungkam supaya diam. Justru ini untuk menambah semangat agar terus mengawal pemerintah dan demokrasi. Buatlah berita yang benar, bukan hanya yang enak didengar,” ujar Maruarar.<\/p>\n

Ia juga mengapresiasi peran Ketua Umum Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Pusat, Hendry Ch Bangun, yang dinilai sangat berkontribusi dalam pelaksanaan program ini.
\nMenteri Komdigi Meutya Hafid turut menyampaikan apresiasinya kepada Kementerian PKP atas kepedulian terhadap profesi wartawan.<\/p>\n

“Terima kasih Pak Ara yang telah memberikan kesempatan kepada rekan-rekan wartawan untuk mendapatkan rumah subsidi. Ini hasil kolaborasi antara Kementerian PKP dan Komdigi, semoga program ini berjalan lancar,” ucap Meutya.<\/p>\n

Pada awalnya, pemerintah mengalokasikan 1.000 unit rumah subsidi untuk wartawan. Namun, karena antusiasme tinggi, jumlah tersebut ditingkatkan menjadi 2.000 unit sepanjang tahun 2025.
\nSeremoni penyerahan kunci rumah subsidi ini dihadiri oleh berbagai pejabat dan tokoh, termasuk pimpinan BP Tapera, Direksi BTN, Wakil Kepala BPS, anggota Komisi I dan V DPR RI, perwakilan Pemprov Jawa Barat, dan sekitar 70 wartawan dari wilayah Jabodetabek dan Serang.<\/p>\n

Ketua Umum PWI Pusat, Hendry Ch Bangun, yang hadir didampingi Ketua Tim Perumahan Tundra Meliala, mengajak para wartawan untuk memanfaatkan program ini.<\/p>\n

\u201cDengan adanya alokasi 2.000 rumah subsidi untuk seluruh Indonesia, rekan-rekan wartawan dan pekerja media kini memiliki peluang besar untuk memiliki tempat tinggal sendiri,\u201d kata Hendry.<\/p>\n

Saat ini, PWI sedang menghimpun data wartawan dari Banten, Jawa Barat, dan Jakarta yang berminat mengikuti program ini. Tercatat sudah ada 127 wartawan yang menyatakan minat, dan ditargetkan mencapai 500 orang dari tiga provinsi tersebut hingga akhir tahun.<\/p>\n

Selanjutnya, program ini akan difokuskan untuk wartawan di provinsi lain yang juga sudah menyatakan kesiapan berpartisipasi, seperti Yogyakarta, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Selatan, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Utara, dan Jawa Tengah.*<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
